Social Media Executive (Content & Posting)

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Quora, and other relevant platforms. The person will be responsible for posting content, scheduling posts, suggesting new content ideas, monitoring trends, and helping grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms.
• Create monthly content calendars.
• Suggest new content ideas based on trends, audience interests, and competitor activity.
• Repurpose blogs, videos, and existing content into social media posts.
• Write captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
• Coordinate with designers and content writers.
• Ensure consistent posting and brand messaging.
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages when required.
• Track basic performance metrics and share monthly reports.
• Research trending topics in women's health, gynaecology, fertility, PCOS, pregnancy, sexual health, and healthcare.
• Identify opportunities for viral and educational content.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of social media management experience.
• Experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and Quora.
• Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or SocialPilot.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats.
• Basic Canva skills are a plus.
• Good written English and Hindi communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare, medical, or wellness brands is preferred.
