Job Overview:

Logicloop Digital is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive who can bring fresh ideas, engaging content, and innovative storytelling to our clients’ social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative mindset for content planning, scripting, and trend-based posts, along with basic knowledge of boosting campaigns to increase reach and engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

Content & Creative Strategy

  • Plan creative and engaging content ideas for social media platforms.
  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels formats, and viral content styles.

Content Creation & Scripting

  • Write creative captions, hooks, and scripts for reels, short videos, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce visually appealing content.
  • Conceptualize creative campaigns to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.

Platform Management

  • Manage and maintain client social media profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community interaction.

Campaign Support & Boosting

  • Support in executing social media campaigns for brand promotions and launches.
  • Assist in boosting posts and running basic ad campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
  • Track performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, followers growth, and campaign performance.
  • Share basic insights and reports for ongoing improvements.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong creative thinking, content planning, and scripting skills.
  • Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of social media ad boosting and paid promotions.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
