We're looking for a passionate, energetic and growth-focused Social Media & E-Commerce Executive to help scale our brand and work directly with the Founder.

About the Role

This is not just a social media role.

We're looking for someone who understands that great content should generate leads, drive sales and build a community. You'll be responsible for growing our social media presence, managing our Shopify store, building influencer relationships and supporting the overall growth of the business.

• Social Media
• Plan and execute content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Create engaging Reels, Stories and posts.
• Stay ahead of trends and execute trend-jacking opportunities.
• Monitor analytics and optimise content performance.
• Manage community engagement across platforms.

E-Commerce

• Manage and update our Shopify website.
• Upload products, collections and promotional campaigns.
• Optimise landing pages and customer journey.
• Improve website conversions and online sales.

Growth & Lead Generation

• Create content focused on lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Support product launches and promotional campaigns.

Influencer Marketing

• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns and partnerships.
• Track campaign performance and ROI.

Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, E-Commerce or a related field.

Must Have

• 2–4 years of experience in Social Media and E-Commerce.
• Shopify experience.
• Instagram Reels.
• Content Calendar Tools (Notion, Trello or similar).
• Video Editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro or InShot).
• Social Media Analytics (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio).
• Hashtag Strategy & Viral Trend Mapping.
• Experience collaborating with influencers.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of A/B Testing and Performance Optimisation.

Preferred

• Experience with YouTube Shorts Algorithm.
• Basic UTM Tracking & Link-in-Bio tools (Linktree, Beacons).
• Familiarity with health, wellness or fitness audiences.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
