Role Description This is a full-time on-site position based in Ghaziabad for a Social Media / E-commerce Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing content across various social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement. Additional responsibilities include overseeing e-commerce operations, collaborating with team members to execute marketing strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and improving customer experience. The role also involves managing online sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations of digital storefronts. Qualifications Strong skills in Business Negotiation and Sales to establish and maintain beneficial relationships with clients and stakeholders Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Communication to interpret data, assess performance metrics, and effectively convey information Expertise in Customer Service to ensure a positive customer journey and manage inquiries effectively Relevant experience in managing social media platforms and e-commerce operations Proficiency in digital tools and platforms related to social media and e-commerce Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
