About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media & Digital Content Specialist to join our marketing team, supporting the Crown Energy division.

This is a hands-on role focused on social media, digital content and email campaigns — with a strong emphasis on creating content that supports campaigns and drives engagement and enquiries.

You’ll be reporting to our Paid Media Team Leader, giving you exposure to a more commercial, data-led approach to marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X)
• Produce digital content including posts, blogs and short-form video
• Support email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
• Monitor performance (engagement, clicks, enquiries) and suggest improvements
• Work with internal teams to create content around projects and services
• Support wider marketing campaigns and activity

About You

• 2+ years’ experience in social media, content or digital marketing
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar)
• Comfortable using Canva, Adobe or similar tools
• Able to use performance data to guide content improvements
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects

Desirable

• B2B experience
• WordPress or CMS experience
• Basic video editing
• Interest in campaign performance and lead generation
