Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Social Media Coordinator role based in Chennai, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Social Media Coordinator will manage day-to-day operations across social platforms, including planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content aligned with brand and campaign goals. The role involves monitoring channels, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with the online community to build brand presence and loyalty. The coordinator will track key performance metrics, prepare reports, and collaborate with marketing and design teams to optimize campaigns. Responsibilities also include researching trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to suggest new ideas and improve overall social media performance.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Content Creation and Writing to develop clear, engaging, and on-brand posts.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage effectively with online communities.
  • Relevant experience managing brand social media accounts, preferably in a digital agency or performance marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
  • Ability to interpret performance data and adjust content or campaigns based on insights.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
