Role Description

The Social Media Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. The role involves developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement. Key responsibilities include creating compelling content, analyzing social media performance metrics, coordinating with internal teams, staying updated with trends, and fostering interactive engagement with the audience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in social media management, including utilizing platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
• Knowledge of content creation, copywriting, and graphic design for engaging posts and campaigns
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to track performance, optimize strategies, and report on growth and engagement
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals
• Excellent communication skills and creative thinking abilities to ensure a dynamic online presence
• Familiarity with social media trends, audience behavior, and algorithm changes
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in event management or brand activation is a plus
