Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Social Media Content Creator based in Chennai, with the option to work remotely on certain days. The role involves creating and curating engaging content for social media platforms, growing online presence, managing publishing schedules, and analysing campaign performance to optimise strategies. You will collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment with Tolchi's brand identity and values.

What You’ll Do

• Create and publish content across social media platforms
• Plan and execute product photoshoots & video shoots
• Edit content and maintain a consistent visual style
• Manage posting schedules and content calendar
• Track performance and refine content strategy

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to shoot and create high-quality content (photo + video)
• Hands-on experience with product shoots, lighting, and composition
• Proficiency in editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.)
• Strong sense of aesthetics and brand consistency
• Understanding of social media growth and content strategy
• Ownership mindset and attention to detail
