Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Salary ₹2.4 Lakhs per annum. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive audience engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, creating content using tools like Canva, Figma and other AI tools, creating collab posts with our clients, analysing performance of the posts.

Qualifications

• Ability to create social media content, including images, reels, stories
• Proficiency in AI tools and design tools like Canva, Figma or similar
• Experience with social media analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and refine content based on insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency in tone and messaging.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including audience segmentation, brand awareness, and engagement tactics.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates may apply if they have proven track record of creating social media content
• Prior experience in social media content creation for startups or technology companies is a plus.
