Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to support client and agency marketing objectives. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, producing copy and visual concepts for posts and stories, collaborating with design and performance marketing teams, and ensuring brand consistency across channels. The Social Media Content Creator will monitor trends and analytics, optimize content for reach and engagement, and contribute ideas for campaigns that support SEO, PPC, and lead generation efforts.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in social media content creation, including writing clear, engaging copy and developing visual content concepts tailored to different platforms.
  • Candidates should possess skills in basic digital marketing, with an understanding of social media management, SEO, PPC, and how content supports broader marketing goals.
  • Candidates should possess skills in planning and organization, such as building content calendars, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Candidates should possess skills in analytics and optimization, including using social media insights and engagement metrics to refine content performance.
  • Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with designers, marketers, and clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field are beneficial.
  • Experience with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels), social scheduling tools, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva or similar) is an advantage.
