Delhi Brass is a fourth-generation, Delhi-based lighting and decorative metalwork company with a legacy dating back to the 1950s. We design and manufacture decorative lighting, custom luminaires and architectural metalwork for homeowners, architects, interior designers and leading real-estate developers.
While Delhi Brass has built strong recognition through its products, craftsmanship and long-standing industry relationships, we are now building a modern, in-house marketing function from the ground up.
This will be the first hire within that function.
About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on content and marketing generalist who can help bring the Delhi Brass brand, products and craftsmanship to life across social media, catalogues and other customer-facing platforms.
You will be based primarily at our MG Road showroom and will work directly with the leadership team. Your responsibilities will range from shooting and editing product content to managing social media, organizing product imagery and maintaining an accurate visual catalogue.
This is not a narrowly defined desk role. On one day, you may be filming a chandelier installation or documenting a new custom light. On another, you may be editing reels, updating product information or coordinating a shoot at the factory.
The role is suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, can manage several small projects simultaneously and is comfortable building systems where none currently exist.
As the marketing team grows, there will be scope for this position to develop into a more senior content or brand role.
What You’ll DoContent Creation- Shoot high-quality photographs and short-form videos of products, showroom displays, installations, custom orders and behind-the-scenes manufacturing processes.
- Develop reels and social-first content featuring lighting, craftsmanship, finishes, customization and design stories.
- Handle basic editing, including colour correction, video cuts, captions, music and platform-specific formatting.
- Create a consistent and repeatable content-production process rather than relying on occasional standalone shoots.
- Identify interesting products, projects and showroom moments that should be documented.
- Manage day-to-day posting across Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Maintain a practical monthly content calendar.
- Write basic captions and coordinate approvals before publishing.
- Monitor comments and direct messages, respond to routine enquiries and escalate sales or design-related conversations when required.
- Track basic performance metrics to understand which products, formats and content themes generate the strongest engagement and enquiries.
- Photograph products consistently using defined lighting, backgrounds and angles.
- Assign and organize product images against the correct item numbers or SKUs.
- Maintain accurate product information, including category, dimensions, material, finish, price and customization options.
- Build and regularly update the Delhi Brass visual catalogue and digital image library.
- Keep image folders, product sheets and catalogue files structured and easy for the sales team to access.
- Coordinate with the showroom and factory teams to ensure new and custom products are documented before dispatch or installation.
- Support the creation of lookbooks, brochures, exhibition material and designer-facing communication.
- Assist with content requirements for exhibitions, showroom events, launches and architect outreach.
- Help ensure that the visual identity of Delhi Brass remains consistent across social media, catalogues and customer-facing materials.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers or other external partners when required.
- Take on additional execution-oriented responsibilities as the in-house marketing function is established.
- 3–4 years of experience in content creation, social media, photography, videography or brand marketing.
- A strong portfolio of photographs, reels, social content or campaigns that you personally shot, edited or managed.
- Comfortable shooting on a smartphone and basic camera equipment.
- Working knowledge of tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush, Lightroom, Canva or similar platforms.
- Strong visual judgement and an understanding of composition, lighting and presentation.
- Highly organized and comfortable maintaining spreadsheets, image libraries and product information.
- Able to manage multiple small tasks and follow through without constant supervision.
- Comfortable working full-time from the MG Road showroom.
- Based in Delhi NCR.
Experience in lighting, furniture, interiors, architecture, lifestyle, luxury retail or home décor would be particularly valuable, but is not mandatory.
