Social Media & Brand Associate

Company: Roinet Solution

Location: Gurugram (with frequent on-ground travel)

Work Mode: Full-time, 6 days/week

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM


Compensation :


₹6 LPA Total

₹4.8 LPA Fixed

₹1.2 LPA Performance-based

Role Overview :

You will turn real India stories into content that:

  • builds trust
  • drives reach
  • compounds over time


 What You’ll Do :


1. Social Media & Brand Building

  • Manage and grow Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Maintain a premium, trust-driven brand voice.
  • Build consistency in how Roinet looks, feels, and communicates.


2. On-Ground Storytelling & Content Creation

  • Travel across cities to meet CSPs, partners, and customers.
  • Capture real, high-quality content (reels, interviews, short-form video).
  • Identify powerful stories and convert them into engaging content.


3. Content Production (End-to-End Ownership)

  • Shoot, edit, and publish content independently.
  • Use tools like CapCut, Canva, and AI tools.
  • Deliver fast, high-quality output without compromising storytelling.


4. Growth Strategy & Platform Understanding

  • Understand how platforms actually work (not just surface trends)
  • Build strategies for:
  • Month-on-month growth.
  • Reach, engagement, retention.
  • Continuously test hooks, formats, and content styles.


5. Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Run and optimize Meta ads + digital campaigns
  • Build campaigns for:
  • CSP acquisition.
  • Testimonials.
  • Brand awareness.
  • Iterate based on real performance data.


6. Brand Development & Positioning

  • Help build Roinet into a trusted national brand.
  • Ensure consistency across all content and communication.
  • Convert on-ground insights into scalable narratives.


7. Partnerships & Field Engagement

  • Interact with CSPs, agents, and partners across locations.
  • Build relationships and extract real insights.
  • Represent the brand with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.


 Who We’re Looking For

 Preferred :

  • Experience growing a social media page (personal or professional)
  • Understanding of hooks, retention, and virality
  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing / Meta ads
  • Experience in fast-paced or early-stage environments
