Role Description The Social Media Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement. The Social Media Associate will support campaign execution, monitor social media channels, respond to audience interactions in a professional manner, and assist in managing the brand voice online. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to gather content inputs, writing and editing posts, tracking performance metrics, and suggesting improvements based on analytics. The role also involves staying updated on social media trends, maintaining content calendars, and ensuring all social media activities align with broader marketing and business objectives.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Social Media and Social Media Marketing skills, including experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
  • Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation skills, with the ability to develop engaging, platform-appropriate text, image, and video content.
  • Candidates should possess Writing and Communication skills, including clear written communication and professional interaction with online audiences and internal stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess basic analytics and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and contribute insights to improve campaigns.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field are beneficial.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Gurugram are preferred.
