Brief ? A social media manager with at least 3 years of experience . Ideal candidate is someone who has worked in a startup in tier 1 or 2 city managing their social media and communication. A generalist who shows breadth of experience in the following responsibilities and depth in any one of them. Skills required ? Understanding of the Instagram algorithm, visual and messaging direction. Location ? Goa Responsibility Strategize & oversee execution of social media calendar on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and any other channels. Own the guest & homeowner communication on WhatsApp & Email Strategise & oversee creation of graphics across all media channels ? paid, email, WhatsApp, Social Oversee copy and content on all media channels ? website, social, paid, email, WhatsApp, SEO Own influencer management, right from outreach to hosting, ensuring a smooth stay for them and a tangible outcome for the brand in terms of stories & posts. Strategize & execute hampers for homeowners and guests. Oversee property shoots, including creative direction, vendor management and post-production co-ordination
