Aura Toddlers is seeking a full-time Social Media Marketing Manager to oversee and execute our social media strategies from our on-site location in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing social media marketing campaigns, optimizing platforms, crafting engaging content strategies, and analyzing performance data. The Social Media Marketing Manager will collaborate with our creative teams to drive visibility and engagement, ensuring alignment with our brand ethos and objectives.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to effectively manage and grow social platforms.
• Strong expertise in Content Strategy and creating engaging campaigns aligning with brand vision.
• Effective Communication skills to convey messages and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in Digital Marketing and leveraging analytics to inform decision-making and strategy improvements.
• Ability to stay updated with current social media trends and technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in managing social media for educational institutions or related industries is an advantage.
