Role Overview: We are looking for an experiences cyber security Trainer (Freelance) to conduct interactive online sessions for our students. The trainer should bring real-world experience, hands-on expertise, and the ability to simplify concepts for learners at all levels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver SOC training content (theory + practical labs). Conduct live sessions, workshops, and assessments for trainees. Train students on SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, etc.). Simulate and explain incident response, threat hunting, and log analysis. Provide mentorship, doubt clarification, and interview preparation guidance Guide students on interview preparation and project work. Conduct assessments and provide feedback to learners. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or Cyber Security Analyst role. Strong knowledge of SIEM, IDS/IPS, Firewall, Endpoint Security, Threat Intelligence, and Incident Response. Familiarity with tools such as Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, ELK, Wireshark, etc. Good understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework, SOC processes, and Playbooks.
