Job Description

Requirement

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in Computer Science or related field
Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of experience in SOC or IT is a plus
Understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP), operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cybersecurity
Familiarity with SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewall, antivirus, endpoint detection, proxy, and tools (UBA, EDR, XDR)
Ability to read and analyze logs & alerts, and perform initial incident triage
Understanding of incident response basics, documentation, and escalation
Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash, Powershell) is a plus
Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work 24/7, including weekends and on-call
Having security certifications (Security+, CSA, CEH, etc.) is a plus

Responsibilities

Monitor security events from SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewall, antivirus, EDR/XDR, proxy, and other tools
Analyze logs & alerts to detect suspicious activity or incidents
Perform initial triage and incident response, escalate to L2/L3 if necessary
Document incidents, investigations, and actions taken
Support the development and enhancement of SOC incident response capabilities
Ensure the operational systems of SOC run smoothly
