Job Description 1 Lead BABS My duties a Basic Fresh Service Service now SNAP Development skills rest API experience Incident support Team UATesting Participating in discussions with Engineers and designing the Functional Design Documents such as Tech SOW document Management Announcement Solution Articles for SNAP product and processes Communications Resolving product process issues help identify solutions to problems handle all onboardingOffboarding issues resolution Provide feedback from fields on process improvements User Account managements resolutions Help Champion Fresh Service Process management Set up Calls for Demo Approvals and Go live etcCalls for the Engineer helping the Team Track FreshService Tickets for Weekly updates and a POC for all HR Development support 2 Business System Engineer Analyst a Midlevel Engineer skill set Cannot train up with Reporting ITSM background Willing to Learn NEXLA Middleware having FreshService would be a plus and must know API Methods how to configure HTML Webhooks Parsing files UATesting UIUX Product developments Collaborating effectively with other ITSM administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configurations changes and or requests Collaborating with System Administration and key stakeholder teams to analyze and understand requirements and then transforming the requirements into a valid solution Working closely with business and IT teams to gather input to support ongoing business needs for configuration implementation and support Participating in discussions with Business Analysts and designing the FDD Functional Design Documents 3 Highlevel Engineer to help Sravan with NEXLA and FRESHSERVICE With Deep level of Integration with full outline below Senior Engineer will assist in the configurationdevelopmentsupport of the ITSM platform through out of the box Fresh Service solutions and customization based on the business requirements As High level Engineer will work with team to implement and deliver applications in a fastpaced agile project environment In addition the High level Engineer will participate in designing meeting and consulting with business clients to refine test and debug programs to meet business needs Specifically the Engineer will be responsible for the following described job duties Customizing ITSM applications and facilitating rollout of new applications and modules and configuring Application UI and Configure Workflow 25 Interacting with clients and participating in client and Business discussions for requirements gathering and planning 10 Performing onsite design and Functional review before delivering the modules 5 Participating in discussions with Business Analysts and designing the FDD Functional Design Documents 5 Configuring and customizing the system to support business process and functionality 10 Collaborating effectively with other ITSM administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configurations changes and or requests 5 Identifying system deficiencies a nd recommending solutions ensuring appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a developmentproduction environment that is reliable and reproducible 5 Ensuring tool configuration consistency across development stage testing sandbox and production environments 5 Participating in ongoing production support and end user support 5 Collaborating with System Administration and key stakeholder teams to analyze and understand requirements and then transforming the requirements into a valid solution 5 Working closely with business and IT teams to gather input to support ongoing business needs for configuration implementation and support 5 Designing and building applications and providing integration to other applications and platforms including architecture languages best practices and methodologies in an agile scrum environment 5 Providing strong development ensuring project is on track and collabor Mandatory Skills ? Strong experience in FreshService or similar ITSM platforms (configuration, customization, and administration) ? Proficient in RESTful API integration and API Methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE) ? Working knowledge of HTML , Webhooks , and file parsing ? Hands-on experience in UI/UX design and product development ? Proven ability in UAT testing and end-user support ? Solid understanding of ITSM processes and incident management ? Experience with SNAP Development and related tools ? Ability to write and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Technical Scope of Work (Tech SOW) ? Skilled in user account management , onboarding/offboarding processes , and access provisioning ? Familiarity with middleware tools like NEXLA (or willingness to learn) ? Strong skills in agile methodologies , including sprint planning, demos, and go-lives ? Experience with collaboration across IT, business teams, and stakeholders ? Ability to identify system deficiencies , recommend solutions, and maintain consistency across environments (dev/test/prod) ? Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL is a plus ? Familiarity with communications management and knowledge base creation (e.g., solution articles) Important Note (Please Read Before Applying) ??
