Role Description

The SMSF Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based in our Delhi, India office. The role involves preparing and reviewing SMSF financial statements, tax returns, and compliance reports. The SMSF Accountant will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure accurate data management, process reconciliations, and maintain compliance with Australian SMSF regulations. Additional responsibilities include communicating with clients to resolve inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery, and supporting team members in handling a high-quality workflow for SMSF tasks. Willing to learn new things beyond SMSFs

Qualifications

• Experience in SMSF processing, including preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and compliance reports
• Proficiency in accounting software such as BGL 360, Class Super, or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of Australian compliance standards and SMSF-related regulations
• Analytical skills for reconciliation, error identification, and data management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines efficiently
• Experience working with Australian clients or in an SMSF-focused role is an advantage
