If yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for a Software Developer with expertise in the SmartCOMMS product and modules to join our Customer Communication Management team who can take the responsibility of professional delivery of multi-channel communication using SmartCOMMS. As a software developer, you are supposed to be well-versed with all stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including research, design, programming and testing of computer software as well as end-to-end document lifecycle. You should be able to identify, prioritize and execute tasks in an agile software development environment working in a global delivery model. The role requires you to ensure professional delivery of multi-channel communications using SmartCOMMS and effective design & development of different types of simple to complex business documents and forms using SmartCOMMS. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in SmartCOMMS basics and good exposure to configuration and management of layout and styleset. You should be able to identify, prioritize and execute tasks in an agile software development environment working in a global delivery model. [Placeholder for adding Account specific responsibilities and expectations] Your Key Responsibilities Design and develop different documents and Layouts for business forms using fragments, Tables, shared contents etc. Create and apply fonts, styles and images to design Performs Data mapping or data binding using data-modeler Generate print and electronic outputs Create projects and releases for testing and production Create debug, tracking reports Perform unit testing Use output comparison tools Use VAM proprietary Accelerators and comparison tools What You Need (knowledge, Skills & Experience) SmartComm Basics (Creating Project, Document, Shared Contents) Configuration and management of layout and styleset Inline scripts, insert advanced (adding images and hyperlinks) Data Models, Sample Data Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, XML and XSD Multipart Tables, Script Libraries in documents Use of review case editor - for debugging Post Processing concepts (Barcode, OCR, Bookmarks, Watermarks) Releasing Project from ATD Knowledge of document lifecycle Good Verbal/Written Communication Understanding of different input and output file formats [Good to have] Basic/Advanced any programming and logic Job scheduler, Smartcomms Appliances Mainframe/Unix Java/.net programming What We Offer Competitive compensation package Career Advancement: Individual Career Development, coaching and mentoring programs for professional and leadership skill development.
