Job Description
Administer, configure, and optimize Slack and Asana platforms for enterprise use. Manage user provisioning, access control, permissions , and workspace structure. Build and maintain API-based integrations and webhook workflows across multiple internal and external tools. Collaborate with IT Security to ensure compliance, secure authentication (SSO, MFA), and data governance . Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and provide advanced technical support to teams. Implement workflow automation to improve operational efficiency across departments. Maintain documentation for integrations, policies, and platform best practices. Work closely with cross-functional teams to scale tools for 10K+ enterprise users
