We are looking for a skilled Sitecore Technical Lead ll Chennai ll 4-7 yrs. of exp to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Sitecore CMS, headless architecture, and .NET technologies, along with proven experience in leading teams and delivering scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Sitecore implementation and architecture design
• Drive headless and SXA-based solutions using modern Sitecore stack
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders for solutioning
• Define and enforce Helix architecture principles
• Manage Solr integration, indexing, and search optimization
• Lead Azure/cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines
• Mentor development teams and ensure best practices
• Oversee performance optimization, scalability, and security

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Sitecore CMS (XP / XM / SXA / JSS / Headless)
• Expertise in .NET / C# / ASP.NET MVC
• Hands-on experience with Headless Sitecore implementations
• Deep understanding of Helix architecture & Solr
• Proven experience as Technical Lead / Architect
• Experience with Azure / Cloud / CI-CD pipelines
• Exposure to enterprise-level Sitecore implementations
