Site Technician

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Site Technician based in Bengaluru, with partial remote work flexibility. The Site Technician will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems at client sites. The role includes managing technical support requests, maintaining effective communication with clients, and ensuring optimum system performance. The Site Technician will also collaborate with other team members to deliver on-site solutions and assist in creating documentation to enhance service reliability.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support in a timely manner
• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and teammates
• Solid analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Experience in handling hardware and software systems will be an added advantage
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• A diploma or degree in engineering, IT, or a related technical field is preferred
