Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor, located in Cannanore. The Site Supervisor will monitor daily on-site construction activities, ensuring that all work aligns with project plans, quality standards, and safety protocols. Responsibilities include coordinating with the construction team, managing schedules, overseeing materials and resources, and addressing any issues or challenges that arise during project execution. The role also involves regular reporting on progress, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Construction management skills, including supervision, scheduling, and resource coordination
• Knowledge of safety protocols, quality assurance, and compliance standards
• Proficiency in project management tools and familiarity with architectural and design plans
• Problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Previous experience in construction or site supervision is highly beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
