Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Coimbatore, Thanjavur. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction sites, including coordinating workers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and managing schedules. The role involves maintaining detailed project records, communicating updates to stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Problem-solving and decision-making skills are critical for addressing on-site challenges and ensuring the successful execution of construction projects.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and organizational skills to oversee daily site activities and manage timelines
• Familiarity with construction procedures, materials, and safety standards
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Leadership skills to manage and coordinate teams on-site, ensuring smooth execution of tasks
• Effective communication skills for liaising with team members, contractors, and stakeholders
• Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve site challenges promptly
• Relevant experience in construction or civil engineering projects
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and quality assurance protocols
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is highly preferred
