Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedules. The role involves coordinating with contractors and workers, monitoring progress, managing site resources and materials, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The Site Supervisor will conduct regular site inspections, track work completion, resolve on-site issues, and report status updates to project managers or senior leadership. The role also includes maintaining proper documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting timely completion of project milestones.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building methods, and site supervision practices.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
• Experience coordinating labor, materials, and vendors, with solid organizational and time management skills.
• Understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards, with a focus on maintaining safe work environments.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and, ideally, construction-related software for documentation and reporting.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with prior site supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage field challenges, and adapt to changing project requirements.
