Job Description

Industry & Sector: Construction & Infrastructure — commercial, industrial, and civil works projects across India. This role supports execution of on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery on large-scale projects.

Location: India | Workplace: On-site

Role: Construction Site Supervisor (on-site)

Role & Responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors to meet schedule and quality targets.
Conduct regular site inspections and enforce HSE protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Perform quality checks on incoming materials and workmanship; raise and track NCRs until closure.
Monitor construction progress against program; update site daily reports and escalate delays or risks.
Review and interpret construction drawings, BOQs and method statements to guide on-site execution.
Maintain accurate site documentation: permits, material receipts, labor registers, and handover packs.

Qualifications & Experience (summary)

Valid onsite safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH or equivalent) is an advantage.
