Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the on-site execution team.
Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
Ensure timely completion of projects within the given schedule.
Check and verify materials delivered at site and maintain proper records.
Prepare delivery challans and maintain material inward/outward records.
Prepare and coordinate work permits as per site requirements.
Take accurate site measurements for billing and quotation purposes.
Assist in preparing project quotations based on site measurements.
Capture and maintain photographs of ongoing and completed work for documentation.
Provide timely updates and progress reports to management.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety compliance at site.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors when required.

Location : Mumbai & Surat
CTC: up to 2.4 LPA
