From our earliest days as a pioneer of modern transportation, we have sought to make the world a better place ? one that benefits lives, communities and the planet Job Title: Site Reliability Engineering Engineer II Location: Chennai Work Type: Hybrid Position Description Employees in this SRE job function are responsible for ensuring availability, reliability and performance of cloud and network systems and services by AUTOMATING routine manual tasks. (Handson Software Engineer only) Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Infrastructure teams in implementing critical solutions by automating routine tasks Monitor and manage production environments, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Participate in building advanced tooling for system access monitoring, log session recording, administration of reliability across multiple geographically distributed data centers. Engage with engineering teams to improve on-call efficiencies, drive incident management and post-mortem analysis. Perform capacity planning and optimization to support growing demands and traffic patterns. Maintaining, monitoring and alerting systems for proactive system health checks. Continuously improve system performance, stability, and security through data-driven analysis and optimization. Facilitate knowledge sharing by creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation & diagrams. Should have good knowledge and hands on in Dynatrace, GCP, Monitoring tools, Automation and Testing. Skills Required Full Stack Java Developer, Dynatrace, GCP, API, Python, Front End (Software Engineering) Skills Preferred AI, System Design, DevOps, Application Support Experience Required Looking for Software Engineer with exposure to SRE. IT Experience: 5+ years 4+ years of software development experience in JAVA / Python development. Should have good knowledge and hands on in Dynatrace, GCP, Monitoring, Automation and Testing. Preferred those with exposure to SRE and AI in Operations. Experience Preferred AI Ops, Observability, Cloud Engineering, DevOps Education Required Bachelor's Degree TekWissen?
