Principle Pride Hiring is looking for experienced SRE Engineers (Site Reliability Engineers) with strong expertise in Azure, Terraform, and SRE practices.

This role requires professionals who can drive application reliability, scalability, and performance, while working closely with engineering and business teams in a high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

SRE & Platform Engineering

• Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of applications
• Implement and follow SRE principles, SLAs, SLOs, and observability practices
• Drive improvements in system performance and operational efficiency

Architecture & Development

• Design and contribute to application architecture and platform solutions
• Work on Azure cloud environments and Terraform-based infrastructure
• Build scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with business goals

Technical Leadership

• Act as technical lead for scrum teams
• Conduct design reviews and code reviews
• Guide teams on best practices, standards, and innovation

DevOps & Delivery Excellence

• Improve engineering and delivery processes (CI/CD, automation)
• Drive faster time-to-market with optimized cost and quality
• Support and enable Agile / Scrum delivery models

Operations & Reliability

• Monitor systems and resolve production issues and defects
• Ensure operational acceptance and release processes are followed
• Handle system performance, security, and stability

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Project Managers
• Collaborate across teams and business units
• Provide technical expertise and customer-facing support

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for technical innovation and process improvements
• Define and maintain application roadmaps
• Promote a culture of engineering excellence and collaboration

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering / Platform Engineering
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Strong expertise in:
• Azure Cloud
• Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Strong understanding of:
• SRE principles (SLOs, SLAs, monitoring, reliability)
• System design, scalability, and performance optimization
• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
