Interested candidates can reach out at [email protected] Experience: 5+ Years Location: Devarabisanahalli, Bengaluru Notice Period: Less than 2 Weeks Key Responsibilities: Mandatory Skills: Service Management: Maintain application uptime/performance, manage system enhancements and defects, oversee daily operational activities, and ensure continuous improvement and adherence to ITIL best practices Technical Skills: Modify existing code ( Python, react, graphql, rest API), understand microservices architecture and REST web services. Must have exposure to AWS services (Ec2, IAM,s3, API Gateway, CloudFormation, VPC,ECS, EKS, EFS, lambda, SNS, SQS, event bridge ) Automation and Optimization: Familiarity with automation tools like GITHub Action , EKS, Teraform and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell), and experience integrating automation into the development lifecycle. Must have production/Application support experience with the ITIL framework predominantly Service mgmt, Incident mgmt, Change mgmt, Problem mgmt & CAPA s. Additional Skills: Strong ITSM experience with knowledge on INC, PRB, CHG & CAPA Management, understanding of code quality, troubleshooting platform/infrastructure issues, SQL database knowledge, and experience with tools like Service-now, JIRA Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, ability to manage vendors and business stakeholders, and influence decision-making processes. Candidate should have L2 level of DevOps/SRE support expertise , hands-on experience in issue resolution, fixing user-access issues, report related fixes. General understanding on DevOps life cycle, SRE Principles and best practices, good in communication skills & stakeholder management.
