About the Company

We are a leading company specializing in aquarium design, installation, and maintenance solutions for corporate, commercial, and luxury residential projects. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Installation Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution and site installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end installation activities for aquarium and allied projects.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, site teams, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
• Supervise installation schedules and ensure timely project completion.
• Handle manpower planning, deployment, and on-site coordination.
• Monitor site quality, safety standards, and installation procedures.
• Coordinate logistics, material movement, and inventory required for installations.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve operational or technical challenges during execution.
• Ensure proper functioning of filtration systems, plumbing, electrical connections, and aquarium setup.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and installation updates.
• Manage client communication during installation and address concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendor teams for material availability.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate timelines, and ensure smooth coordination for installation-related materials and services.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery and quality compliance for all project requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines and operational budgets.
• Support after-installation handover and service coordination.

Required Skills

• Strong project execution and site management skills.
• Excellent coordination and team-handling abilities.
• Good understanding of installation processes, electrical/plumbing coordination, and project timelines.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of aquarium systems and filtration setup will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and project coordination.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Operations, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field.
• Relevant experience in installation, operations, project management, or site execution.
