We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Site Operation for our Ground Mounted Solar Power plant. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing and overseeing the operations of a solar power plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Ground Mounted Solar Power plant
• Ensure smooth functioning of the plant and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure regular upkeep of the plant
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Ground Mounted Solar Power plant operations
• Strong understanding of solar power technology and systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
