About the Role & Responsibilities

• Lead finance teams of 2 sites (Digwal & Ennore)
• Own BS, P&L and Cash Flow for the site.
• Pro actively act as a business partner for the site and division.
• Work close with various functions to improve site profitability without compromising on controls (Pricing, monetization opportunities, cost improvement/ reduction initiatives).
• Working Capital management.
• Drive annual budgeting process.
• Ensure timely & accurate MIS reporting.
• Analyse variations vs budget & previous year.
• Review & approve capex proposal.
• Ensure all site accounting activities are completed: Costing, monthly close entries, Balance Sheet Hygiene.
• Work with shared services to ensure timely vendor payments, collections & accurate accounting.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies (Credit & Accounting).

Qualifications & Skills required

Chartered accountant (First / Second attempt)

• 15 to 20 Yrs post qualification experience

• Prior Business Finance experience at large manufacturing set up (preferably from Pharma) with hands on experience in driving profitability

• Experience of working with Senior stakeholder

• Good knowledge of accounting principles

• Experience of managing team

• Excellent communication skills
