Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor, based in Kozhikode. The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising site workers, ensuring safety protocols are met, coordinating with architects and contractors, monitoring project progress, and addressing any on-site challenges. The Site Supervisor will report directly to the project manager and play a key role in maintaining project efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in site supervision, project oversight, and on-site troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to adhering to quality and safety standards
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with contractors, architects, and team members
• Prior experience in construction or similar roles is preferred
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Familiarity with Kerala building regulations, local materials, and site-specific challenges is a plus
