Site Engineer

Role Summary:

Responsible for supervising and managing construction activities at site, ensuring quality work, timely execution, and adherence to project specifications and safety standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site execution and construction activities 
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications 
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers 
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work 
• Maintain quality standards and ensure proper site safety practices 
• Check measurements and verify site work as per project requirements 
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams 
• Monitor material usage and site inventory 
• Prepare daily progress reports and site updates 
• Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site 
• Ensure compliance with company standards and construction guidelines 

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of construction methods and site execution 
• Ability to read technical drawings and plans 
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills 
• Leadership and team management ability 
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred 

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering 
• Experience in real estate/construction industry preferred
