Site Engineer (MEP)

KK Technocrats Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer (MEP) to manage the execution of interior fit-out and MEP projects at client sites. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth site operations, maintain quality and safety standards, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver projects on time while maintaining proper documentation.

Success in this role means effectively managing site activities, ensuring timely project execution, maintaining high-quality workmanship, and fostering excellent coordination between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

• Set up and mobilize project sites in coordination with the Store In-charge and Site Supervisors.
• Arrange accommodation and site facilities for staff and labor as required.
• Carry out project layout marking and maintain accurate site records.
• Take over project sites from clients/building management and complete all required documentation.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, material protection, and minimize material wastage at the site.
• Prepare and regularly update project documentation, including:
• Material Tracker
• Drawing Register
• MRN Register
• Finishes Matrix
• Hindrance Register
• Site Instruction Register
• Quantity Take-off Sheets
• Joint Measurement Records (JMR)
• Verify contractor and supplier measurements for billing and submit reports within project timelines.
• Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely availability of materials and manpower.
• Maintain labor documentation, registrations, and statutory compliance records.
• Submit regular manpower and work progress reports to clients and project management.
• Ensure execution is carried out strictly as per the latest approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to project standards.
• Enforce health, safety, and workplace compliance to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in MEP execution, interior fit-out, or construction projects.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, interior fit-out execution, and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience in quantity verification, measurement sheets, and project documentation.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Office, and basic project documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently at project sites.
