Job Title: Site Supervisor – Infrastructure (Site Based)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong background in infrastructure and luxury development projects to oversee on-site execution and ensure smooth construction operations. The role involves supervising daily site activities, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with luxury township development benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution Supervision
  
  

Supervise daily construction and infrastructure activities to ensure execution as per approved drawings and project specifications.

• Contractor & Workforce Management
  
  

Coordinate and monitor contractors, subcontractors, and workforce deployment to ensure smooth and efficient site operations.

• Quality Control & Compliance
  
  

Ensure execution meets defined quality standards required for luxury infrastructure and township developments.

• Project Schedule Monitoring
  
  

Track daily progress and ensure work execution aligns with project timelines and milestone targets.

• Material & Resource Coordination
  
  

Monitor availability and usage of materials, machinery, and manpower to prevent delays and wastage.

• Safety & Site Discipline
  
  

Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and maintain discipline and safety awareness across the site.

Job Expectations

• Drawing & Specification Implementation
  
  

Ensure all works are executed as per approved construction drawings and technical specifications.

• Site Reporting & Documentation
  
  

Maintain daily progress reports and update management on site progress, issues, and requirements.

• Issue Resolution & Coordination
  
  

Identify and address on-site execution challenges in coordination with engineers and project teams.

• Inspection & Approval Coordination
  
  

Coordinate with consultants and management teams during inspections and approvals to ensure compliance and smooth progress.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience supervising infrastructure and luxury development projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and coordination.
• Ability to manage contractors and site workforce efficiently.
• Understanding of quality and safety standards.
• Ability to read and implement construction drawings.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
  
  

Preferred Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in luxury township or large-scale infrastructure developments preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant site supervision experience.
