Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh / Himachal Pradesh for a Site Engineer.

The Site Engineer will oversee on-site construction activities, manage day-to-day project operations, and collaborate with the design and construction teams. Responsibilities include quality control, ensuring compliance with structural engineering standards, and maintaining effective communication between various stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in On-Site project management and execution
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members, contractors, and clients
• Proficiency in Quality Control processes to adhere to construction and design benchmarks
• A solid understanding of Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles and practices
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
• Previous experience in interior design or construction project management is an advantage
