Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer for ROB (Road Over Bridge) projects located in the Indore district. The Site Engineer will oversee daily operations at the construction site, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, monitor project progress, and collaborate with team members to address engineering and technical challenges. Additional responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring adherence to structural and civil engineering specifications.

• Practical experience in on-site construction management and familiarity with site operations and safety protocols
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, contractors, and stakeholders
• Expertise in quality control processes to ensure adherence to engineering standards and project requirements
