Capgemini is looking for an experienced Siebel CRM Developer with 6–9+ years of experience in CRM application development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Oracle Siebel CRM, .NET/C#, and SQL Server, along with experience in data integration, ETL processes, and enterprise application development.


Experience: 6 Years to 12 Years

Location: Pune

Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days


Key Responsibilities :


  • Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle Siebel CRM applications.
  • Develop and maintain Siebel components, workflows, business services, and integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and support integrations using .NET/C# and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Work with SQL Server for database development, optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Design and implement ETL/Data Integration solutions, including data migration and synchronization activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards.


Required Skills :


  • Strong experience in Oracle Siebel CRM development and customization.
  • Proficiency in .NET Framework and C# development.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration methodologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, customer relationship management processes, and enterprise applications.
  • Expertise in data management, data processing, and data provisioning.
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.


Preferred Skills :

  • Exposure to enterprise application integration projects.
  • Experience in customer-facing CRM implementations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft development technologies and best practices.
