Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Siebel environments on Windows and Linux platforms
Perform Siebel upgrades (IP17 and above) and apply patches as required
Manage Siebel Gateway clustering and multi-mode Application Interface (AI) load balancing
Perform performance tuning for Siebel Server, AOM, AI, Gateway, and Tomcat
Troubleshoot issues related to EAI components, crashes, and log analysis (FDR, component logs)
Configure and manage application components, parameters, and system settings
Handle SSO, LDAP integration with Active Directory, and related configurations
Automate routine administrative and maintenance tasks
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of Siebel environments
Support Disaster Recovery (DR) setup, testing, and failover processes
Manage Siebel deployments on OCI or other cloud platforms
Work on integration and administration of WLS, BIP, OAS, OAP with Siebel
Provide basic support for Oracle Database administration

Required Skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other cloud platforms
Exposure to WebLogic Server (WLS), BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Oracle Policy Automation (OPA/OAP)
Knowledge of Disaster Recovery planning and execution
Basic Oracle Database administration skills
