Shopify Developer - HTML5/CSS3

Job Description

Description We are looking for a technically proficient Shopify Developer with a deep understanding of Shopifys architecture and development ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be skilled in building scalable and maintainable solutions using Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with strong attention to performance, code quality, and platform best practices. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Node.js, or Hydrogen will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement advanced custom functionalities within the Shopify environment. Configure, extend, and optimize core platform features to meet business and user requirements. Work extensively with Liquid, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS for front-end and back-end development. Manage data structures, collections, and dynamic content rendering within Shopify. Collaborate on system integrations using REST/GraphQL APIs and third-party services. Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and version control management for production ready builds. Execute platform transitions and ensure smooth alignment of data, themes, and functionalities. Stay updated with Shopify platform updates, SDKs, and emerging development frameworks. Qualification 25 years of experience in Shopify development. Proficiency in Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Strong experience in Shopify theme customization and API integration. Working knowledge of Shopify Storefront APIs, GraphQL, and CLI tools. Exposure to Shopify Plus, checkout extensibility, or custom storefronts is a plus. Understanding of cross-platform performance optimization and SEO best practices. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills. (ref:hirist.tech)
