Grow That Brand | (Hybrid)
We are a consulting firm for ecommerce brands. Founders come to us when they want to start or scale, and we build the thing their traffic actually lands on. Ads get expensive fast when the store cannot convert. That is the problem you own.
The role
- Build Shopify product pages end to end. Structure, copy layout, sections, offer presentation, mobile first. Not just theme edits
- Build advertorials and listicle pages that carry a cold visitor from ad to add-to-cart
- Own CRO. Test hypotheses, read the data, ship the change
- Use AI properly. We expect you to build with Claude and ship faster than a normal dev would. If you are hand-writing everything from scratch, you are moving too slow
- Get on calls with client founders when the store needs explaining or defending
- Build SOPs and reusable page systems so we are not rebuilding the same thing twice
What you need to have already done
- Built Shopify stores that were doing real revenue
- Written or built advertorials, listicles, or long-form landing pages that ran against paid traffic
- Shipped CRO tests and can tell me what moved the number and what didn't
- Used AI to build, not just to chat. Claude, Cursor, whatever you use, you should be able to go from brief to working page fast
- Fluent English, written and spoken. You will be on calls with founders and shaping copy on the page
What we care about more than your resume
- An eye for what converts. You should be able to look at a page and immediately know why it is leaking
- An eye for design. It has to look expensive, not just function. Clean, fast, on-brand
- Ownership. Fixing the leak because you noticed it, not because someone raised a ticket
- Speed. Especially now. The gap between people who use AI well and people who don't is the entire job
- Obsession with the craft. If you are not studying pages, teardowns, and what top brands are shipping on your own time, you will not grow here
How we operate
- Not a clock-in, clock-out role. Some nights run late. Some afternoons end early. We move with intent, not with hours
- Nobody will micromanage you. If you are not performing, we will tell you plainly, give you the tools, and give you real chances to fix it
- We do not cut corners with clients. Ever
- We work hard and we have fun. The team is a friend group as much as a team
- We are building an ecommerce holding company, not a service business. Consulting is one half. Owning and scaling our own brands is the other. If you grow with us, you grow into that
The first 90 days
We test attitude before we test output. If it clicks, we are building something long-term. If it doesn't, we will both know quickly.
