Job Description

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused shoot production lead to plan, lead, and deliver end-to-end shoots. The role requires strong creative thinking, confident on-field execution, and the ability to produce high-quality, conversion-ready content for digital platforms. The candidate should plan shoots with intent, structure content clearly, and avoid a shoot first, fix later approach. Ownership of output quality is a key responsibility.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute shoots based on product positioning, fabric, fit, season, and occasion.
Develop shoot concepts, mood direction, and shot lists for reels, ads, and catalogs.
Quickly assess shoot locations and on-field conditions, apply creative judgment, and make real-time decisions.
Lead on-field shoots (studio and outdoor) and take real-time creative decisions.
Direct models on poses, expressions, movements, and styling alignment.
Apply strong understanding of lighting, framing, angles, and color representation.
Ensure shoots are platform-ready for Instagram Reels, feed, stories, and ads (vertical-first).
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists, and editing teams.
Review raw footage, ensure safety shots, and guide editors for final output quality.
Maintain consistency, visual standards, and efficiency across shoots.

Requirements

Experience: 0-3 Years.
Key Skills: Shoot Planning, Creative Direction, Visual Storytelling, Lighting and Framing, Model Direction, Instagram Reels, Short-Form Video, Content Production, On-Field Execution, Coordination, and Trend Awareness.
Experience in shoots, agency production, or brand content creation.
Strong fashion sense and visual judgment.
Hands-on understanding of cameras, lighting, and shoot execution.
Ability to take ownership and make confident on-field decisions.
Willingness to travel for shoots.
