Description Title : Full Stack Developer. Level : Lead/Manager. Location : Sector 67, Gurugram. About The Role Were seeking a Techie with strong hands-on experience in Node.js and modern backend architectures. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building scalable, high- performance systems, integrating message queues, and managing databases SQL and NOSQL. You should be able optimize performance, and lead backend development while mentoring others. You should be comfortable working independently as well as mentoring a team. Key Responsibilities Design and development and deployment of scalable applications. Integrate and manage message queue systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS. Design and optimize database schemas for MySQL and MongoDB. Ensure backend reliability, performance, and security at scale. Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams for seamless integration. Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for production systems. Review code, guide developers, and enforce engineering best practices. Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis. Required Skills 6+ years of experience as a Backend Developer / Tech Lead. Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js (or similar frameworks), and RESTful API design. Proven experience with queueing systems : RabbitMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS. Deep understanding of MySQL and MongoDB including indexing, optimization, and replication. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control workflows. Experience working with microservices or modular architecture. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and system design skills. Ability to work independently and take full ownership of backend systems. Good To Have / Plus Points Working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc. Experience building or integrating Chatbot systems. Familiarity with React.js or frontend integration. Exposure to server less architecture and AWS Lambda. Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small backend teams. (ref:hirist.tech)
