Role Description This is a full-time role for a Shift Engineer (Production), based in Nagpur. The Shift Engineer will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to production planning, and maintain high standards of quality control. Key responsibilities include optimizing manufacturing processes, addressing operational issues, and effectively communicating with team members to ensure smooth operations and productivity enhancements. Good Knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan and should have experience in Mixing or Extrusion or Calendering (Preferred candidate only from Rubber or tyre industry) Experience Minimum 4 years Qualifications Proficiency in Production Engineering, Manpower Handling and Production Planning Strong Analytical and Quality Control skills to evaluate and improve production processes Effective Communication abilities for conveying information clearly and collaborating with team members Experience in similar production environments is an advantage Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical Engineering Contact Details Please share CVs and get in touch on [email protected]
