Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sheet Metal Technician located in Kolhapur. The Sheet Metal Technician will be responsible for operating hand tools, fabricating, assembling, and repairing sheet metal components and structures. The role requires carrying out precision metalworking tasks, including cutting, shaping, and joining materials such as steel and aluminum. Welding and assembling custom-built products, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and maintaining tools and equipment will also be essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using hand tools for sheet metal processing and assembly
• Hands-on experience in metalworking practices, including cutting, shaping, and forming sheet metal
• Knowledge of welding techniques and hands-on experience in welding applications
• Familiarity with advanced sheet metal operations, including fabrication and installation
• Basic understanding of aircraft-grade sheet metal components and regulations (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to read technical drawings
• Certification or vocational training in sheet metal work, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
