Job Title: SharePoint Developer Experience: 4 to 6 Years Location: Bangalore Job Description We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of SharePoint solutions within our enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SharePoint Online and On-Premise , along with proficiency in modern frameworks such as SPFx, React, and TypeScript . Key Responsibilities Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within the SharePoint technical domain. Contribute to large-scale planning, strategy development, and implementation activities. Design, code, test, debug, and document applications and solutions related to SharePoint environments, including upgrades and new deployments. Review and resolve moderately complex technical challenges through in-depth analysis of technologies and procedures. Act as an escalation point, providing technical guidance and mentoring to less experienced developers. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve project goals. Ensure adherence to functional, policy, procedural, and compliance requirements while delivering client-focused solutions. Required Skills & Technical Expertise SharePoint Online / SharePoint On-Prem ? development and administration. SPFx (SharePoint Framework), JavaScript, TypeScript, React. Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerShell scripting. REST API, CSOM, and PnP libraries. Nintex or similar workflow tools (good to have). Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD integration). Desired Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
