Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Software Developer with a strong background in SharePoint and Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SharePoint Online and On-Premises migration, SPFx development, and Power Automate workflows. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude are essential. Key Responsibilities Perform SharePoint Online and On-Premises migration activities. Develop and customize solutions using SharePoint Online out-of-the-box features. Build and maintain SPFx web parts and extensions. Design and implement workflows using Power Automate. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint OnPrem/Online. Document technical specifications and user guides. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in software development with a focus on SharePoint . Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and On-Premises architecture and migration strategies. Must have experience on migration ShareGate/AvePoint tools. Proficiency in SPFx (SharePoint Framework) development. Experience with Power Automate (Flow) for business process automation. Familiarity with SharePoint Online out-of-the-box features and customization. Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and REST APIs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and professional behavior. Good To Have Qualifications Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint or Power Platform. Experience with Power Apps and Microsoft Teams integration. Knowledge of Azure services related to SharePoint and Power Platform. Location: Kolkata - EMBI - A. J. C.
